Ini adalah trip pertama kami ke Indonesia semuanya di arrange sendiri xde ikut travel agency pun..heehehe try n error jugak 1st time ke negara orang Alhamdulillahh kesemua selamat pergi dan balik. So let's chek it out ape yg kami telah jelajahi sepanjang trip holiday kami 6 hari 5 mlm semasa di jakarta & bandung...

After reach Hotel N1 masa ni pagi lagi dlm pukul 10am waktu Indon klu waktu local Mesia baru kul 9am so we decide to go to Tanah Abg dulu en tumpang beg kat receptionist sbb waktu tuk chek in pon lambat lagi kul 1pm nanti.. So our 1st destination to Tanah Abang naik Angkutan juz tahan je kat jln depan Hotel N1 mmg banyak Angkutan lalu lalang, tambang xmahal 2000rp seorang tp local ppl kate sebernarye dekat je jln kaki pon boley tp kami xberani la sbb takut dgn kesesakkan lalu lintas die lagi pun my mom xbarape kuat lutut nak jln kaki heehe karang nk tawaf kat dalam Tanah Abg lg dahla banyak tingkat..huuu xpela better naik angkutan je yg berupa mcm Van nihh...

lega dah sampai..sume rambang mata.. Kalau tau ai beli swimm suit muslimah kat sini agak murah jugak.... tp masa tu ntah xterpikir la plak asik nak cari blouse jer...

kat Tanah Abg fesyen lagi up to date dari Bandung..tapi sorry xbyk gbr yg kiteorg ambil dlm TA nie sbb sibuk pilih barang sampai xingat sgt nak snap2 gbr..heeeheehe xpe kat Bandung nnt byk gambar kami snap...

ondway back to N1 hotel naik bajaj pulak xlarat nak jln kaki....1 bajaj bole naik 2 org jer.. and tambang 10 ribu rp..mahal ke x? ke kami kena ketuk ntahla..

Add info about N1 Hotel

These are the 2 star hotels. Dont expect much from these hotels as they provide only very very basic amenities. Please bring your own toiletries, lotion and 3 in 1 coffee.

The room rate starts from Rp220,000 -400,000. Approximately. So in Msian currency its about Rm70-140.

In terms of comfortability and cleanliness i recommend u to stay in N1 Hotel. Its clean, new and very comfortable.

But before u choose what hotel u want to stay. let me give u a picture of Tanah Abang. Why Tanah Abang? Becos there is Pasar Tanah Abang, a shopping heaven. 14 levels of shopping complex. With approximately 100 shops per level. Amacam? Cukup?

The best cheap hotel in T.Abang is N1. From N1 u come into Pasar Tanah Abang thru Pintu Barat. If u stay in Nusantara Hotel and Caravan Hotel u come into Pasar Tanah Abang thru Pintu Timur. Its exactly 2 opposite location. Now why I explain about the Hotel and pintu is bcos at N1 hotel area there is nothing at nite. and its like isolated from happening places but u have a very comfortable bed and bathroom.

On the other hand, there are more places to hang out and shopping malls from Pintu Timur but the condition of the hotel is very basic and not so clean.

Transportation

From the hotel U can take Bajaj or Mikrolet. The mikrolet fare is 2000Rp from the Nusantara Hotel and 1000Rp from N1 Hotel. Do not pay if they ask u more than that. Mikrolet is like a mini bus (a real mini!) where it has its own route. From Nusantara to Pasar Tanah Abang= Mikrolet no 03. From N1 hotel= Mikrolet no 09.

Whereas the Bajaj is like a mini taxi where u can ask the driver to take u everywhere. First u have to bargain the fare. For my personal opinion, if the driver ask 15000Rp from Pasar Tanah Abang to Nusantara Hotel its too expensive. Otherwise the jam is sooooo bad.

There are plenty of food to choose from. Fast food restaurant like Kfc and Popeye also available. The famous local food is Ayam Penyet. Served with rice, salad, soup and sambal. It costs approximately 22500Rp. So for a basic meal plus soft drink just prepare 30000Rp and u will be full. To share important info with u, for some people they really need to take supplement to avoid diarrhea.U can buy supplement -Travellers Diarrhea. For Johorian this supplement is available in all D'Apotic Pharmacy.
