My lovely Hometown...

Hmmm xsabar ye rasa lagi 2 hari nak balik kampung halaman nih... mane lagi Battown ler... a.k.a Kluang Jhr... Sebab nak balik kluang minggu ni pasal ade cousin wedding pada hari Sabtu nanti 26.11.11 kat Kota Tinggi and yang best ye gak Isnin lak cuti lagi carry dari Awal Muharram jatuh hari Ahad weehuuuuu.........

Also dah plan beberapa aktiviti baikk punye masa balik Kluang nanti and aktiviti itu adalah :-

1. UK Farm Kluang
On dway back rite after exit Airtam Tol around 9km , we gonna straight away heading to UK Agro Resort formally known as UK FARM , baru je tau pasal UK Farm ni lps googgle2 hmm mcm menarik jek nice aktiviti for family especially for children mesti my baby Ajeeq excited tgk kambing biri2 nanti... luv it!!

kambing yang xsmelly hari2 mandi agakye..heheheheh info frm others blog.. ; )

tgk mcm seronok je lebih2 lagi kalu bawa anak2.. 
sebenarye makye pun teruje gak kekeke..

2. Gunung Lambak Eco Resort Kluang
Gunung Lambak ni memang betul2 la dekat sangat dengan rumah saye...only 15 min walk distance and 5 min with ride by car or motorcycle...Dan skg dah ade water park , chalet selain tu most ppl pagi2 selepas subuh biaseye gi mendaki ke puncak gunung lambak and dulu before saye keje KL stay kluang bile hari sabtu akan gi jogging lps asoh2 cina abis tai-Chi ade senam arobik plak and I pon follow...and further more water park ni mmg saye xpenah masuk lagi yelah buat ape dulu mane ade anak tapi skg of cos with a reason utk bawa Ajeeq mandi... mesti suke budak tu mmg la hantu air...

selain water park bole gak jungle tracking sampai puncak gunung lambak nie..and monyet pon banyak tp xkacau org pon..last time yang saye ingat baru sekali je saye penah panjat gunung sampai puncak ermm tupon waktu skolah2 dolu.... hehehee punyela malaskan tp kalau compare kite org muda dgn cina2 tua derang stamina tinggi tuu..huuu kalah saye.. sape yang penah sampai puncak dapatla tgk pemandangan satu kluang superb!!! ; )

3. Kluang Railway Station
Kalau balik kluang kalau tak pergi makan kat sini mmgle xsah... walaupun kena menunggu tempat duduk memang very crowded tempat faverote turun temurun..tapi baru2 lepas Jabatan Agama Islam suruh samak tempat ni sbb ade benda yang tidak HALAL huuu so long utk ambil tindakan lepas ramai umat Islam dah makan minum and event our Sultan Johor pon pernah duk makan gak kat sini tapi sekarang info dari abang saya die kate dah bole makan balik dah.. pekena roti bakar and coffe secawan hmm really2 tasty!!!! dah terbayang2 bayang dah.. lebih feel kalau gi kat railway statation kluang sambil tgk keretapi sampai.. 
fuhh..layannzzz.. 

Idaman coffe kluang railway..
tempat yang selalu full org especially waktu breakfast pagi and minum petang, 
dapat pekena roti bakar and ice coffee... syiokkk gile...
sesape yang teringin nak naik keretapi boleh la jalan ke destinasi mane2 yang disukai... : )

Okeh so kalau dapat gi tempat2 yang saya plan nnt i will post InsyaAllah tapi kite merancang je Tuhan yg tentukan jadi xjai depands on time.. : )

Gigi tajam.. mmg sedap gigit orang..

Best kan rasa bile kena gigit...bkn kena gigit dgn nyamuk ke serangga... saya kena gigit dengan anak manje sowang ni Ajeeq... heeeee cakit..pedih je rasa mcm kena gegit semut api pon ade nih... Laktu bkn sekali, dua...lebih tiga kali.. bile die geram die gigit kite..Gigi ajeeq MasyaAllah tajam tau.. berbekas kat tangan saya sampai masa Ajeeq gigit saya xtahan sakit terpaksa cubit die supaya die stop...klau tak baikk punye die dok gigit ummi die xgerak2 huuuu... sabo jela gan Ajeeq sowang nie..

Nak tgk bekas gigitan Ajeeq urghhhh... saye jela yg tau pedih ye...


Tgk kat gambar tu gigitan pertama dan kedua... yg ke tiga keempat n seterusnya xde gambar sbb kat perut ade , kat pinggang n kat bahu... oh..when my lil monster attack hard to avoid it..

4 bahan ...

 

Semudah 1,2,3,4.... dah siap buat Muffin..my 1st trial heeehehee.. bukan susah pon sbb saya dah beli siap2 Muffin pack dan tinggal tambah telur , air dan minayak masak jer.. then kacau semua... simple kan : ) kalau nak dapatkan muffin pack yang dah siap tu sape tinggal area Puchong dan yang berdekatan bole gi kat kedai peralatan kekYen Bandar Puteri Puchong..



Bahan-bahan

1- 4 biji telur
2-1350ml air
3-135ml minyak masak
4-Adunan segera pack Muffin perisa coklat

Cara - cara

Pukul kesemua telur dan masukkan semua bahan dan kacau sebati... Kalau nak tambah lagi sedap boleh gak masukkan kismi ke, chocolate chip ke or nut... ikutla suka masing2.. mcm saya kt umh juz ade stock kismis so bile ade kismis rasalah lebih manis skit.. lagi best cair kan coklat dan campur hmm mmg umpphhh!! Then masukkan dalam muffin cup 3/4...and ready to cook..

Masak Muffin dalam 190C selama 20 - 25 minit... and bile dah sejuk ready to serve...

H.E.L.L.O!!

razeeq skg ape kite buat die pon nak buat.. skg dh pandai main handphone... patu buat gaya mcm ckp telipon..ckp pon bahasa die yg paham..

Sedap makan ... kenyang perut .. Alhamdulillah...

Bile tekak dah biase makan pedas mesti xboleh kalau xpedas... Semalam rasa mengidam nk mkn Nasi Arab lama dah rasa xmkn..heeehee nasib ade kedai mkn tu dkt2 dgn umh ita ..sangatla best...

Tapi biase mkn Nasi Beriyani Gam ..kalau Ami Man masak mmg SUPERBB!! sedap sgt hmm ujung bulan ni Ami Man n Umi Mardiah dtg KL nk mintakle resepi... also teringat masa saya kahwen catering mak sedara sendiri gak yg masak Nasi Beriyani Gam by Enda Zarah...fuhh!! mmg kelasss...

Raya Haji yang lalu...

Raya Haji dh berlalu dah..tapi saje nk wat new story... : )

So this year ai balik kg belah my husband kat Kg Jawang , Kuala Kangsar Perak.. kg opah aling panggil Pah Enda..tido semalam..sekali skala rasa best gak saya xde kg umah Atok saya pon kat JB so jarang rasa suasana kg. ni bile tdo mlm sejuk je rasa..feeling baikk punye..heeehe

Makanan pon lebih kurang mcm masa Raya gak ada lemang , rendang daging, tp xdela gi beraya sume just stay kat umah n chit chat dgn family je.. ; )

ni lah Kg Jawang..tgk umh depan tu very traditional lg kan..

Ni lak my MIL yg duk kat buai tu dgn mak sedara hubby
petang2 syok relax2 kat depan umh...

And total all only cost RM110 for all four items....expensive ke? Nooo la sbb sume suda SALE oledy.... for me it's worth it!! and will buy more.. but if I compare to BODY SHOP that I usually used much more expensive rather that this product... Big SMile!!! : )

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

For the meatballs:

    * 1 pound/0.45 kg ground beef
    * 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs (4 slices, crusts removed)
    * 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
    * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    * 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    * 2 teaspoons kosher salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    * 1 extra-large egg, beaten
    * Vegetable oil
    * Olive oil

For the sauce:

    * 1 tablespoon good olive oil
    * 1 cup chopped yellow onion (1 onion)
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
    * 1/2 cup stock
    * 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes, or plum tomatoes in puree, chopped
    * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

For serving:

    * 1 1/2 pounds/680 gms spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
    * Freshly grated Parmesan

 I didn't have white bread crumbs so I thought I'd try using tempura breadcrumbs... because they're so light, you would need to use more than what's in the above recipe.
I did have a loaf of stale bread though, which makes for great breadcrumbs, so I cut that up in rough pieces and put them in the blender...
... along with some parsley
Anyway, I dumped them all in the blender and gave it a good whiz till fine..
  To my minced meat, I added the Japanese breadcrumbs...
... and the blended breadcrumb mix...
 ... along with some parmesan cheese... 
 ... one egg to help bind everything together so they don't fall apart in the pan...
... some salt and pepper... I didn't have any nutmeg on me so I skipped that part.
 And the secret ingredient - warm water! It helps keep the meatballs nice and moist even after they're cooked.
 Combine everything lightly with a fork...
And with your hands, roll them up into 2 inch meatballs... With the recipe above, you should have about 14 to 16 meatballs. In my case, since I didn't use that much meat, I made 9...
Heat equal amounts of vegetable oil and olive oil into a large (12-inch) skillet to a depth of 1/4-inch. Very carefully, in batches, place the meatballs in the oil and brown them well on all sides over medium-low heat, turning carefully with a spatula or a fork. This should take about 10 minutes for each batch.
 Don't crowd the meatballs. Once they're golden brown, leave them to dry on a paper towel.
 After the meatballs were done, I started on the sauce. I finely chopped an onion...
Remove the oil from the pan but don't clean it off cos you want the flavours from the meatballs to remain. Pour in some olive oil and add the onion and saute over medium heat until translucent for around 5 to 10 minutes.
 In the meantime, I finely chopped the garlic...
 Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
The original recipe says to add wine but since I can't take the stuff, I substituted it with chicken stock and cooked it on high heat until almost all the liquid evaporated for about 3 minutes. I'm seriously considering trying it out with Ribena next time...
 I used canned tomatoes that still had whole tomatoes in them...
I poured them in together with the puree and with a wooden spoon, roughly chopped up the tomatoes while they were cooking...
 Add in the parsley....
  
.. and salt and pepper.
 Return the meatballs to the sauce...
 ... cover and simmer on the lowest heat for 25 to 30 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through...
 In the meantime, I cooked a mix of fettuccine and spaghetti...
 And once both sauce and pasta were ready....

And lastly , my husband expend all that I cook and says my first attempt was good... heeehe tq Aling!!

Razeeq ku

Telatah razeeq makin hari makin berubah.. walaupun belum pandai bercakap tapi dah boleh tunjuk kat ummi kalau razeeq nak susu, nak mamam and paling suka bila tgk ummi dh siap pakai tudung sume sure tarik baju ummi ajak keluar and razeeq akan terus ambil kasut dia sendiri suh ummi pakai kan.. pandai ye anak ummi nie...

suka main bukan mainan tp kreativiti sendiri cth ye:

- Kalau main moto tolak die serkup dengan bakul...

- Kalau ummi masak kat dapur razeeq pon ambik senduk or sudip dgn mangkuk n gaya cara mcm memasak...

- Kalau ummi lipat baju ,razeq tolong kiraikan balik baju yg dh lipat...haduyai... dgn sgt suke memanjat and lately ni bile org tgh tgk tv die gi switch off TV tu and then tepuk tangan... bijak2...


Sekarang ni pulak razeeq dah ade bilik mainan sendiri, sume toys ajeeq ummi dah kemas n susun.. so senang xdela serak kat depan rumah nak kemas balik pun sume dlm bilik gak... cume ajeeq kalau main nak ade org teman kalau x benda lain la die usik..


Hari ahad lepas ajeeq injured sikit lepas main guling2 dgn bapak heeehee bedebapp muka jatuh atas muka bapak..dahhh pipi die merah sebelah..nages la kejap terus ambik ais pack tekap kat pipi die bg kurang sakit takut lak kang bengkak ke nasib surut...hee hero sorang nie..sememangye lasak.

 Ini dak tecik dh pandai memanjat...patu nnt nagis sbb xreti nak turun camne...
